About Us
Rising Social Strategies is led by Ken Berrick, founder of Seneca Family of Agencies. We provide program and fiscal consulting for children’s behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, and education programs. Our focus is on integrated systems approaches and full continuums of care. Our consulting services include executive coaching and program development and implementation for nonprofits; support to state and county government on children’s services; and consultation on state and local policy related to children’s mental health, education, and child welfare.
